Event Ushers Platform Ltd ("Event Ushers", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website and mobile crew management platform. This Privacy Policy outlines our procedures regarding the collection, storage, processing, disclosure, and protection of personal data under the Kenya Data Protection Act (2019) and international hospitality compliance benchmarks.

This policy applies to all users accessing our services, including event organizers booking staffing, event hostesses, protocol officers, security crew members, and website visitors.

We collect information to deliver seamless matching, verified shift check-ins, automated digital payouts, and high-security venue management.

• Billing, KRA PIN & E-TIMS Invoicing Data

For Crew Members & Hostesses

• Full Name, National ID / Passport Copy
• Phone Number & M-Pesa Disbursement Account
• Professional Headshots & Uniform Sizes
• Geo-Fenced Check-In GPS Coordinates

3. How We Use Your Personal Data

We process personal information strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

Crew Allocation & Matching: Matching event venue requirements with qualified, verified crew roster members.
Punctuality & Safety Verification: Geo-fenced mobile check-ins 60 minutes prior to doors opening to guarantee attendance.
Digital Payroll Disbursements: Processing immediate after-event payouts via M-Pesa or direct bank APIs.
Customer Support & Emergency Dispatch: Contacting organizers or crew supervisors during live events.

4. Location Data & Geo-Fencing Transparency

To eliminate no-shows for high-profile summits, our mobile portal requests access to device GPS location during shift check-in windows.

Important Note on Privacy: Location tracking is only requested when a crew member initiates a shift check-in ping. We do NOT track background locations outside booked event shift hours.
